Pricing is a $6,000 monthly apartment base fee plus a per-active-dog fee ($120/dog on Happy Tails, $200/dog on Happy Tails Plus). Essential has no per-dog fee.
Your dog count updates automatically as residents register pets, and billing is prorated immediately.
Walk allowances are per resident household, per month — up to 3 dogs per unit.
Service windows: 5am–11am and 2pm–6pm. Operating hours: 7am–8pm. Off-window à la carte walks add a $15 surcharge.
You'll set up payment after your application is approved. On first sign-in you'll be asked to review and sign our 12-month Master Services Agreement before activating your account.
